Great Himalaya Trail – Upper Mustang Trekking

Great Himalaya Trail is the longest and highest trekking trail in the world extends from Darchula in the far-west to Taplejung in the east. SNV – the Netherlands Development organization, that initiated the GHT Development program, is implementing pilot projects in several districts in Nepal with the objects of developing micro and small to medium enterprises along the trail.
Upper Mustang , under the jurisdiction of the Annapurna  Conservation  Area Project ( ACAP ) , trek is one of the popular trekking destination  in Nepal and the itinerary  proposed by  GHT and other relevant information are as follows :
